The $12,000 from last year came at a perfect time and made a really meaningful impact. We used part of it to support Thanksgiving at Willow Place (our 57-unit building), where we created a holiday experience for people who might not have anywhere to go. With Christmas right after, it also helped us make sure residents and some of our disability services clients had something to open and feel included over the holidays.
